LA was buzzing with Porsche energy the first week in October when the Luftgekühlt hosted their eighth air-cooled show, transforming the Port of Los Angeles into Porsche Mecca. To kick off the weekend, goodboybob hosted a morning cars and coffee dubbed "bob n' cars" to welcome the out-of-towners and to whet the appetite of the loyal car-crazed locals for the weekend's activities.
With a few historic Porsche race cars holding center stage, including a Footwork FA12 that raced Formula One in the early '90s and championship-winning goodboybob 911 GT3 R, the rest of the parking lot was a free-for-all of color and personality. Our newly outfitted cafe sprinter served delicious coffee outside while inside the kitchen served hot Chapatis.
